This is a basic setup service and doesn't include support for the first time logging in after initial creation

- Basic setup of user account; user details and access levels (if required) only
Devices:
- Basic setup of user account; create user account
- Setup high level, non-intricate user access
Data Transfer to New Device
Transfer your data safely to a new device and confirm everything was OK. We run a backup just in case before commencing any work
- Backup original device before any transfer commences
- Transfer data to the new device
- Confirm all was moved OK and no errors or issues
- Handle backed up information in accordance to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policies
Email Setup or Troubleshooting
We can help you with your emails. This service can help you connect your emails to your device or software while also giving you a bit of a run-through to ensure you understand and are confident to use your device or software. Service includes:
- Connecting email to desired software
- Assisting with setting or creating email signatures
- Providing a guided run-through of the software
- Trouble shooting as required
General IT Support per Hour
General IT Support for whatever you need a hand with. $65 per hour, charged in 15 min blocks. Call out fee does apply.

Home Network/WiFi Setup
Get in touch and see if I can help. Offering support with your home network and WiFi setup, services include:
- Install new hardware
- Configuring to your ISP specifications
- Configure WiFi for best access
- Setting passwords (if custom password is desired)
- Testing the setup and ensuring coverage is adequate or making suggestions for improvement
- Suggest any other improvements if relevant
New PC or Laptop Setup
Initial setup of device, remove preloaded junk, install Windows Updates, data transfer from old device, optional configuration of customer details (in initial Windows setup:- such as computer name, username etc)
Photo Backup
Download any required applications, configure and log into accounts, run first backup to ensure working OK, provide relevant advice on backing up and how is configured
Printer Setup or Troubleshoot
Setup printer, installation of consumables, connection to your device or network, configure printer settings, share printer (if required), disposal of packaging, troubleshoot as required
Remote Control or Bluetooth Device Pairing
Pair remote control, provide assistance on usage, troubleshoot if required – Smart device connection to appliances, TVs etc
Smart TV or Streaming Device Setup
Setup and configure device, provide assistance on usage or config, installation of requested apps (if applicable), assist with configuring subscriptions (additional cost – software pricing)
Smartphone or Tablet Setup or Troubleshooting
Setup device, add required accounts and ensure correctly setup, ensure backups are configured correctly, free removal of packaging
Software Install or Removal
Install/remove correctly, testing if all OK (install), checking for updates and installing if required, provide relevant advice
Windows User Creation & Setup
Create local user accounts, setup Outlook accounts, connect Windows to Microsoft account, setup OneDrive, configure backup to OneDrive
